Consult ProfessorChef began with a personal choice — After serving as the Manufactured Foods Coordinator for the State of Tennessee, I stepped away to care for my ailing father full time. When he passed in November 2024, I had a decision to make: return to the safety of a traditional role or create the business I think the food industry deserves.
This company is built on three decades of experience across restaurants, retail, and manufacturing, combined with years of regulatory leadership and international culinary experience. I’ve seen the food industry from every angle and that perspective gives me a rare advantage: I can spot inefficiencies others overlook, navigate compliance without overcomplicating it, and design solutions that are both practical and innovative. Every recommendation I make is grounded in real-world application, clear communication, and focused on measurable results.
